I have had nothing but great experiences with Jem Medspa. I initially came for coolsculpting and Alexis was fantastic! It was a totally painless process and I am so pleased with the results. Alexis also gave me a dermaplane facial, and that went really well too. I also have seen Angela twice for Botox injections and a lip flip. She has a wonderful, upbeat attitude and the shots were painless as well. There was a slight problem with a payment being taken out, but Erin resolved it to my satisfaction immediately. I will definitely return!
