JEM Medspa Indiana confirms all bookings with a major credit card, which is kept on file. We understand there may an occasion to cancel an appointment, so we require cancellations to be done by contacting us 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled time
A $50 service fee will be charged to the credit card on file for all “no-call/no-show” appointments and cancellations less than 24 hours from your appointment time.
Please also note that clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have a shortened appointment time, or a cancellation may occur if the late arrival does not allow the sufficient time needed to complete your procedure. This policy extends to all of our JEM Medspa Indiana clients to ensure we maintain favorable availability and efficiency of both your and our time.
