Dr. Gus Galante is the medical director at JEM Medspa Indiana. He guides
our practice, making informed decisions and providing knowledge about the
best techniques and research in the aesthetics industry. Board-certified by the
American Board of Plastic Surgery and an active member of many
professional organizations, Dr. Galante is a highly respected plastic surgeon
in northwest Indiana as well as the Chicagoland area. Our patients feel
comfortable with Dr. Galante because his genuine personality and impressive
qualifications make them feel at ease and assured in his care. He regards
aesthetic treatments as more than a way for patients to look younger; he
believes cosmetic solutions help them feel more attractive and confident.
With over 30 years’ experience in private practice, Dr. Galante understands

Angela and Samantha are the best! They always take their time to give me the best service. Getting filler and Botox is always a little nerve wrecking for me, but Angela is always the kindest and most patient with me! Samantha gives the best facials and I leave feeling so much better about my skin! 10/10 every time!
I’ve been going to JEM for several years, started going in Orland Park. Now that it is in Munster, I primarily go to the Munster location. From customer service to injections to the variety of services they offer- they are the best. I’ve recently started IPL treatments with Karisa in Munster and the results have surpassed my expectations. The texture of my skin has improved, the redness and inflammation in my skin has gone done significantly. So, if you are considering IPL- it’s definitely worth it in my opinion and ask to book with Karisa- she’s the best.
Another great appointment with Angela Nolan was amazing. Very educational, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Great reception as soon as you walked in and customer service was outstanding as well I highly recommend to everyone Came back for a BBL and halo. Everyone is so very nice and accommodating.

I love JEM Munster, it is gorgeous clean & very current if not ahead of the trends! Karisa is my absolute favorite, she is so super smart, sweet & very talented at her craft! I feel like she is one of my secret weapons. I have gone from regular acne, dark spots, uneven, & dull skin combined/caused by way too many self prescribed skin care products. Spent way too much money getting nowhere! Im no longer over doing masks & treatments or potions at home in hopes of a miracle! Now at 41 my skin has never looked better, I stopped wearing makeup after she turned my skin around. She has always made amazing recommendations for both procedures & products! I always leave happy with my service & skin.
